Remarketing, also known as re-engagement, is the process of reaching people who have visited our site after they leave. The purpose of Entremission Inc’s services is to assist individuals and organizations working to promote social and environmental well-being. Users seeking to cause harm or distress or behaving in a manner contrary to this purpose may have permissions to access or use Entremission’s services suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of Entremission Inc. 

Users are strictly prohibited from posting defamatory content, using Entremission Inc to distribute malware or spam, or engaging in harmful, bullying, or abusive behaviour.

Entremission may suspend or revoke access to the site to any user at any time, without cause or notice. This may result in the destruction of information and data associated with the user’s account.


Come and go

Users may cancel their registration at any time. Follow the on-screen prompts or email info@entremission.com with your request. Users may also request their personal information be destroyed without undue delay and Entremission shall honour this request.

When an account is suspended by the user, Entremission will retain the account information. Users may re-activate their account at any time.

When an account has been cancelled, Entremission will delete personal information permanently, typically within one month of cancellation. This information cannot be retrieved.


Intellectual Property

Entremission’s logo and original content belong to Entremission Inc. You may not re-use logo, original graphics, or content without the express written permission of Entremission Inc.

Content derived from third party sources (e.g., Canada Revenue Agency) will be identified and remains the property of the original author and/or in the public domain as indicated by the data provider.

Unedited user-generated content remains the property of the original author, who grants Entremission Inc. the non-exclusive right to share and repackage this information in accordance with its purposes in perpetuity. In the event that a user account is cancelled, public-facing, non-personal content submitted by the user may be re-assigned to generic author in order to preserve knowledge for other users. In submitting content to the Entremission site, users recognize that their original material may be edited, re-packaged, or otherwise modified by other users and/or Entremission Inc and that their ownership does not extend to such second-generation material.

In submitting information to the Entremission website, users confirm that they are the original author and have the right to share this work.


Third party information and user-generated content

This site relies on data provided by third-party sources and user-generated content. Entremission Inc. is not responsible for any errors in the information and data presented, or for guaranteeing its completion and accuracy.


Indemnification

Users indemnify and hold Entremission Inc. harmless from any third party claim relating to use of Entremission Inc’s services, the website, the content distributed through the website, and/or data presented on or shared through the website. You must defend and pay all damages, costs, and legal fees arising from claims such as these. You will immediately report any claims to info@entremission.com.

Entremission website(s) may link to external sites. Entremission Inc. is not responsible for the content of those sites or for their privacy practices.


Canadian Anti-Spam Law

Entremission Inc. complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (“CASL”). We will not send unsolicited emails and you may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time by contacting info@entremission.com.
